Staff very friendly and helpful. The second room we were moved to was very comfortable and clean.
Pool and hot tub both under renovation- so unavailable for use-which we were looking forward to using after a long day. First room we were given had cracked toilet seat, air conditioning wouldn't go to high, and carpet looked dirty.

Bed very comfortable,lots of room,hotel was very quite,I was on 3rd floor.didn't use a/C or heater temp in room was good.
went down to breakfast @8:30,food was cold,eggs &sausage, wanted a waffle, but I'm pretty short and waffle iron up to high for my use. Settled for cereal & juice.

The room was modern, large, quiet and had good freeway access.
A college basketball team was staying at the same time and took up all the breakfast area and wiped out the food.

The location was great for us. We were on our way to Lassen. Suprisingly clean and comfortable. One of the better places we stayed on our 17 day road trip.

The room was spacious and super comfy. The fridge and microwave were great for snacks. The location was so convenient, right next to gas stations and eateries. On top of that, the shower had high water pressure, a nice surprise!

Totally recommend for overnight stay
Comfortable bed, convenient location, with good TV channel selection made it a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring, and the seasonal outdoor pool was a nice touch to relax in the sun.
Parking can fill up quickly during busy times.

Beautiful large room. Very comfortable. They have a variety of pillows (firm/soft) and the TV swivels so you can watch from either the sofa or the bed.
Just some minor things. Nowhere to plug the coffee maker in because of all the lamps and appliances in the room. Also WiFi was hard to get on.

The room was spacious and comfortable, especially for traveling with pets. Though the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, the staff were friendly, and the convenience of local dining options made up for it. The lack of reliable Wi-Fi was frustrating during my stay.
